We will communicate with you when we will be home and it will only be for a day or two** We are conveniently located in the heart of Colorado Springs. Minutes away from shopping, restaurants, trail heads, and hospitals. We have recently remodeled the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen. The two bedrooms upstairs are completely yours as well as the bathroom upstairs. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen and grill outside. The house is equipped with a reverse osmosis water filtration system so all water is as clean as it gets! The laundry room is downstairs and operates on an Ozone filtration systems (instructions on how to use it will be given to you upon arrival). There is a cozy fireplace upstairs that you may use to warm up on cold evenings. Firewood in the backyard. There is a large deck and patio with fire pit in the backyard for you to enjoy the views. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED: Gas, Electric, Water, Internet, House Cleaning once a month. Please note we do NOT have a TV. You may bring one if you choose but we will not provide cable TV or other TV services and it may not be hung on any walls. Furnished. All Utilities included except for cable. There is no TV in the house but you are welcome to bring your own (but it cannot be hung on the wall please). Trash included. No smoking at all on premise or in house. No parties. No pets.
