Four bedrooms, one converted to crafts/work room - perfect for home office; library/sitting room and large family/music room with all-in-one printer and grand piano. 2.5 baths, with fireplace in master bath. Kiva fireplace in large living/dining area with wood-beamed lofted ceiling, and terrace with city and mountain views. Ample back yard with pear and hibiscus trees and side yard/dog run. Lease term is a minimum of 30 days, and starts on February 1st. But we would prefer to rent for three months, from February through April, 2023. We will offer a discount for this longer stay. (Please enquire.) We are absolutely pet-friendly, but we do require a pet deposit of $150, which will be refunded if our house is left in good condition. There is ample parking - one space in the garage, two in the driveway, and occasional street parking is OK as well. We only ask that you put out trash and recycling bins weekly, and water a very few indoor plants. No housekeeping is supplied, but cleaning supplies, plentiful linens, towels and a laundry room with Speed-Queen appliances are at your disposal. You must agree to abide with our homeowners' association rules, but they are not very limiting.
