Not available until August 1, 2026. We are looking for another person to share a large house for graduate students and young professionals. The house is located in Greenfield (4109 Haldane St.) on a quiet, tree-lined, residential street about 2 miles from Pitt's Cathedral of Learning and CMU. The 58 bus is a 5-minute walk from the house. Rent is $700 per month plus utilities (or $750 for the large room). A $1400 ($1500) security deposit is required when the lease is signed, and the first month's rent is due upon occupancy. One-year leases only. The house was completely renovated in August 2019: all HARDWOOD floors refinished, gutted/remodeled bathroom, new kitchen, complete electrical upgrade, new roof, interior painting, new dryer, new stove/oven and new doors. The washer and dryer are in the basement and there is no charge to use them. There is a lot of storage space in the basement. A car is not essential for this centrally located house, but if you do have one, there is plenty of street parking in the quiet residential neighborhood. No smoking or pets. Tenants should be willing to keep the house neat and treat it with the respect that a nice home like this deserves. Tenants responsible for all utilities
