This is a nice old neighborhood. Very quiet. Some kids in the neighborhood but not loud. People are nice yet stay to themselves. No Problems with any neighbors. They have done some upgrades to the town, making it quaint. Walking distance to market and restaurants a few blocks over. Driving distance to movies, shopping, Video rentals, Hair Salons, Dentists, Willamette Falls Hospital is less then 5 minutes drive away. Anything you need is within a 5 minute drive.
