Available May 1st! Hi, we have a 3 bedroom house right off of Olive way in capitol hill with backyard, washer/dryer, and just a short walk to Broadway or Downtown. The room available for $600 is on the main level and has lots of storage space. We have decided to convert our living room into a bedroom, it has a fireplace, private entrance and are offering that for $800 per month. We are working adults, 2 guys, clean and respectful, in our 30's, creative and easy going. We have a band rehearsing in the basement 2 (sometimes 3) times a week from about 6 to 9pm. If you are sensitive to sound and the occasional get together, this is probably not the place for you. We are asking for first months rent and $150 deposit to move in and the utilities will be divided 4 ways (averaging about $40 in the summer and $70 in the winter). We ask that you be: girl or guy , clean, respectful, easygoing and fun. If you are generally pretty normal and want to be social with us every now and again, then you'd fit right in.
