GREAT north end neighborhood and area....Really nice yard. Fixer-Upper 70- 80% rehab. Attached garage. Good school district. Willing to do a Land Contract (1/2 down). To answer all the questions: I have already started some of the demo work. I have torn out the kitchen, cabinets, sink, etc... Living room, is fine, but the flooring will need laid (only sub floor) Bathroom, will need new toilet, sink, Roof needs replaced. Ceiling in back living room will need replaced, as some walls.
