Utilities add $100 per month for gas, water, electricity and WIFI Tenant will have to get mail key from the post office. Add $350 per month if fully furnished with TV. Cleaning and pest control will be provided every quarter. 1 year lease term. $1000.00 for security deposit. $50 per month for water and electricity. $250 for small dog deposit. Dogs under 25 lbs and no cats. No smoking, no overfilling washer dryer and dishwasher. Only food in garbage disposal. No subleasing and no one other that who is on the lease can stay at property unless approved by landlord. Must maintain yard and put trash out on Wednesday mornings. Parking is located on street and 2 cars on property parked on the right side of the drive way.
