There is plenty of off-street parking (and some garage availability for an additional fee). With maintenance staff on site Monday thru Friday, the property is well tended to. An application fee of $50.00 per adult, plus a security deposit equal to one month of rent are due with your application. The buildings are smoke-free and we gladly accept Section-8 vouchers. Sorry, no pets. Rent includes heat, water, sewer, and trash.
