Adjacent to the main structure is an enclosed porch with a small room containing a washer and dryer. The main living area has a sofa that folds out into a bed. I will pay for electricity not to exceed $100.oo monthly and water/sewer not to exceed $100too quarterly. The $1200.oo monthly rent in cash is due on the first of each month. I'm looking for a non-smoker, non to light imbiber, non-druggy who is more of a neatnik than a slob with no pets or live ins. The place is comfortable for one occupant. I request someone who is quiet, considerate, friendly, and dependable, especially about paying the rent on time each month. I also request a current resume with 3 references with phone numbers and titles, if applicable. I am asking for a 1 year lease, but it's negotiable.
