Apartment is a 2 bed/1bath. Other housemate is a grad student--very chill and respectful. The unit is a 5 minute walk to Trader Joe's and 15 minute walk to campus. You'll be taking over my part of the lease. Living room and kitchen are fully furnished. You'll take over the larger bedroom. It has 2 spacious closets. YOU MUST BE A UCD STUDENT (the leasing office will verify this before you can move in), vaccinated and over the age of 22. Your share of the rent is $883/month + $25/month for internet and you'll split utilities (gas and electricity) with the housemate. Housemate has 2 cats, which are very sweet. They're very affectionate. You'll take over my part of the lease, which lasts until Aug 2022. You may get the opportunity to renew if you like it here, but that will be up to you and the housemate.
