Our home has been improved with the removal of carpeting and sanded/polyurethaned dining room floor, stone tile installed in the kitchen, newly painted on the outside, lots of landscaping, fish pond and more. We removed several walls, installed a stair railing and two gas vent-free fireplaces. The enclosed back porch has been my "man cave" for years and actually adds another 180 sq. ft. of living space.
