NOTE: I HAVE PROVIDED AN ADDRESS WITHIN 2 BLOCKS OF THE HOUSE WE ARE RENTING -- SO THAT YOU KNOW THE BASIC AREA. I AM NOT POSTING THE EXACT ADDRESS RIGHT AWAY (FOR PRIVACY REASONS). PHOTOS ARE COMING SOON. Hello St Pete residents! This listing is for a fully furnished and outfitted 2-bedroom house opportunity in Central Park -- super close to all the restaurants on Central and the action downtown. Only 12 minutes to the beach. Bring your clothes and toothbrush -- you truly won't need much else. Photos will come soon. Please read all details. Reply with a thoughtful note as to why you are the best fit for this unique turn-key rental opportunity. We would like a 4-month lease minimum. 4 to 6 months is what we are targeting for right now. My partner and I have lived in this conveniently-located Central Oak house for about one year -- it is already set up with everything needed for living there comfortably: 2 queen beds with new mattresses; new TV; new couch; towels/sheets/blankets/pillows; tons of cooking/dining stuff; coffee maker, blender -- you name it. The house is not aesthetically beautiful and perfect yet -- but you won't be paying the higher rent associated with a fancy renovation either. We planned on getting a kitchen/bath renovation done as well as landscaping and some other work this summer -- but -- we've recently decided against starting construction right now. We will revisit this renovation plan at a later date. The kitchen and bathroom are absolutely functional -- just not "brand new and pretty." The house was a rental for several years before we bought it and moved in about a year ago. Unfortunately, we had to leave town unexpectedly due to my 90-year old dad's health. We are now going to temporarily rent our house, as I need to care for my dad the next few months. I am not there to take/upload photos, but I will be having a friend take care of that soon. This house could be ready for the right person as soon as July 1st -- possibly even June 24th -- just depends on how quickly I can pull all this together and get much of our personal stuff out. The latest it would be ready is July 8th. I'm sorry there are no photos yet, but this will be remedied soon... this is very last minute for us. Right now I am just trying to find quality people who are in need of a reasonably priced furnished rental. NOTE: THE LISTED ADDRESS IS WITHIN 2 BLOCKS OF HOUSE WE ARE RENTING.
