The house is located next to the 210 freeway which makes it very convenient for commuters. Looking for a clean, responsible, quiet, tenant without animals. No couples. Also prefer someone who will spend most tines in their room and not overtake the living room. Guests are permitted as long as you let the other tenant know and respect their space/boundaries. You will be sharing the house with 1 person with a dog who is at home most of the time but usually stays to their room and space. Room, private bathroom, and seperate office space are included in the monthly rate As well as full house privileges.
