Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in fines from building management. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The full names of all guests staying in the unit must be provided at least 24 hours prior to arrival for registration with the building; failure to do so may result in cancellation. This is a private residence, not a hotel-managed unit, so please direct all inquiries to us, not the front desk. At least one guest in the party must be 21 years or older. The building's shared Wi-Fi speed may vary. Check-in is scheduled for 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice, which will generate an additional cost.
