This is an extremely fun place to live with a huge yard, quick walk to bars & restaurants, tons of parking and public transportation (including the MAX). Fiber Optic WiFi and all utilities, & laundry included! The train tracks on the map are no longer active so it is considered a quiet and safe neighborhood. Pots, pans, sheets, and towels are all provided! This is the perfect place for someone who is living in Portland temporarily for business or vacation but I'm open to renting the house for a year or more. Rent is $2300 a month with a $1000 deposit.
