We bought a place and moved, so now we need to pass forward our sunset park rental. It's a great place in a great neighborhood and we've been very happy there. It's very large, about 1000 sq ft, plus balcony overlooking 9th ave. There's an elevator and laundry in the building. Beautiful Sunset Park is two blocks away, and we're also right by the 8th avenue Chinatown, with lots of good and cheap food. The neighborhood is quiet and full of interesting people; especially great for kids. Note: disregard the furniture in the photos; the apartment will be vacant and clean. If you actually want any of that furniture (for free), I may be able to save some of it, so let me know. $100 reward
