    This condo is 750-square-feet, conveniently located in Glover Park area of NW D.C., across the street from a nature park trail and a 10 minute walk to Wisconsin Avenue with multiple restaurants, drug stores, and three fitness studios/gyms. This spacious condo has a renovated kitchen (see details below), refinished hardwood floors throughout, new A/C in the living room and a balcony overlooking the park. LAYOUT: The unit is comprised of an open layout living room, renovated kitchen (cabinets, floors and quartzite counter tops), dining area, bathroom, bedroom that fits nearly any size bed (though a California king may be pushing it if you also have dresser and night tables). Rugs will be required for main living area, hallway and bedroom per the condo association rules. A small hallway separates the living room from the bedroom. The bathroom is located on one side of the hall with an ample storage closet opposite. The bathroom has a medicine cabinet, white tile, heat, and window. The bedroom has two long closets with sliding doors for a single person who has a lot of clothes (such as me) or a couple (who lived here before me). KITCHEN & UTILITIES: Kitchen features ample store with new cabinets to the ceiling and quartzite countertops. There is a gas range, oven, dishwasher, above-range microwave and refrigerator with ice maker. Laundry is in the basement with options for coins or credit cards. Water and gas are included in the rent. Unit is equipped for Comcast cable/internet and phone. PETS: The building is very pet (and people) friendly so running into dogs in the hallway is about a guarantee. The building regularly cleans the hallways and common areas. Dogs and cats are allowed though NO barking dogs. There will be a $350 non-refundable dog fee for the first and $100 for each pet thereafter to a max of 2. Cats are $200 for the first and $100 for second (2 max!) Repairs due to marks to the floor from pet nails or damage to the property will be deducted from security deposit. COMMUNAL SPACES: The building lobby has been totally renovated in the last 2 years (I don't have update pics yet) and a new front door security system got installed in early 2021. All residents have access to a central courtyard with patio furniture and grill for communal use. Each unit has its own mail slot in the lobby and packages are accepted by the building manager/handy man on the first floor and put in a communal package area. PARKING: All parking is on the street but should be relatively easy unless you regularly come home after 11 p.m. on the weekdays in which case you'll be parking a couple blocks away. All other times spots are easily found within a block of the front door. Owner pays for water, gas, trash. All other utilities are not included. Condo is wired for Comcast or Verizon cable/internet.
