This is an eclectic neighborhood with a sense of community. We have one of the oldest neighborhood associations in Portland and there are no association fees. We get a quarterly newspaper from the N.A. Which keeps us informed about neighborhood events, property sales, developments, etc. Our neighbors are within our block range from 30's to 40's, with and without children. We have a farmer's market in Overlook Park, at the end of the street; the Max station is one block from our doorstep; access to I-5 is four blocks away and the Mississippi District is within a six block walk to enjoy eateries, coffee shops, art galleries, comic books and fine dining.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
