But I got some of my dad in me too. And although he ain't no Eeyore, he ain't no Pollyanna either. Me, I like the middle ground, leaning towards my mom. To start where my dad would: this property has 2 things not going for it: first, there's a 2-lane highway between you and the mighty Ohio River; second, if you're coming from the north on Route 7 you'll have to drive past the Kyger Creek power plant in Cheshire. No offense, but nobody's ever said it's a pretty sight. But my mom would say, just sing-a-long right on past it and before you know it you've ended up at this absolutely charming, totally-restored, riverfront cottage of a home that is so lovely you may never want to leave! The landscaping is jaw-dropping, the views stupendous, and the house is cuter than a kitten. Everything is done here too: new kitchen & bath, huge sunroom, comfy owner's suite w/ insane views, lots of natural light everywhere, PLUS 2 large carports, garage, river access & household furnishings if you want them! Better call Mom!
