This is a fantastic home for a young family or business savvy single! It is a well-kept end unit with expert landscaping. The previous owner was a professional landscaper and it shows. Internally, the house is in great shape. Eight years ago, the previous owner tiled the kitchen floor and installed new countertops, a dishwasher, and a garbage disposal; it has been a wonderful kitchen in which cook and entertain. It's a bit difficult for me to say that I "improved" the house because it was in such good condition when I purchased it, but here are the things that I have done: Replaced the HVAC system, water heater and refrigerator. Recarpeted entire house January of 2018 Installed light fixtures in all three bedrooms, the living room, dining room, and kitchen Installed laminate hardwood flooring in the living room Installed new flooring and a new toilet (dual-flush!) in the upstairs bath Installed a new sink fixture and matching accessories in the downstairs ½ bath Replaced and repainted the exterior window trim and replaced the backing boards with PVC (non-rotting) Painted all of the exterior trim and doors Laid a new drystone retaining wall in the back yard and mulched the front bed To my knowledge, this is the layout for school districts: Elementary School: Highland Park Middle School: Batchelor High School: Bloomington North Finally, HOA dues cover trash, water, and lawn care. We were only responsible for the back yard, which only took minutes to mow. But because the lawn mower was gifted to me from the previous owner, my sole lawn maintenance expense was gas! It was really a great place to live!
