Three bedroom, two bathroom rambler in a quiet neighborhood. The house itself has a large covered back deck which backs up to a green space. Both bathrooms have been recently updated and the kitchen has newer stainless steel appliances. Renters are responsible for all utilities and lawn care (mower provided). We have tenants in the property currently so please do not disturb them. There can be some flexibility to the move in date if needed (either earlier or later).
