The West Village of Shirlington is a great community to live in, within walking distance to downtown restaurants (Copperwood Tavern, Guapos, Damn Good Burger, Palette 22). This a young, vibrant, children and dog friendly area. The pool is one of the largest in Arlington and has a grill area beside it. There are also other grills dotted through out the community. The party room can easily hold 150 guests with a large balcony over looking the pool. There is a shuttle that takes people to the Pentagon City Metro in the mornings and pick-ups from there in the evening. Owner pays for gas, water, sewer. Tenant pays for cable / internet and electricity.
