You'll love the VIBE Creative District, home to amazing restaurants, cozy cafes, local breweries, and a vibrant, welcoming community. Free on-site parking included. Just a short walk from The Old Beach Farmers Market that takes place every Saturday during the summer (8 am - 12 pm). Parking includes space for one vehicle onsite per reservation. Additional paid parking is located on Baltic Ave between 19th and 20th street and this is a parking garage. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, with fees potentially applying depending on the requested time. Half days (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. We are unable to guarantee package deliveries to the home, so it is best to utilize the local post office to hold packages or nearby Amazon Lockers. No events or retreats are allowed unless they have been approved prior to your booking. Renters must be 22 years or older. Absolute silence is required after 10:00 PM due to city ordinance. No parties, celebrations, or events are allowed and maximum occupancy is 4. No smoking of any substances on the property. Violation of any rules results in immediate departure.
