Head east and the beach dune cross over steps are in view. The sunrises are always worth seeing. This is not located in a tourist trap area, the town tries to maintain a small town feeling. Speed limits are low and so watch the signs. Just a 5 minute drive out of Mlb Bch you can find a Publix, Starbucks, CVS, and much more. Mowing and trimming are included in advertised rent. NO PETS CONSIDERED. The exterior has been tastefully and completely renovated. The back yard is gated with a very large oak tree and a place for a hammock underneath.
