House rules: No smoking, vaping, weapons, guns, drugs (except otc and prescribed), pets. Must be quiet, and wear earbuds for all your media at all times. To move in you will need the First month's rent + Refundable $250 Security deposit. Please add $75 per month if someone will be living in the room with you. Please contact me to schedule a visit. All Electric, Water, Gas, and Internet included. Rent is due on 1st of the month via Zelle. There is a $50 late fee if rent is received after the 4th of the month.
