You'll also be close to several parks and famous Pittsburgh attractions such as Heinz Field, PNC Park, and the Carnegie Science Center. Come experience the beauty and charm of our amazing home! As you step into this comfy wooden room, you'll be captivated by its warm and inviting ambiance. The walls, adorned with beautiful handcrafted wooden panels, exude a sense of natural tranquility. The room features a large, comfortable queen-sized bed with soft and plush pillows, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. The interior of the room is tastefully furnished; a rustic wooden desk, bathed in natural light, provides a serene space for work or creative pursuits. The room is equipped with modern amenities to ensure your convenience and comfort. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, or unwind and enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen television in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, complete with modern appliances and ample space to prepare delicious meals. Guests have access to their private room, the shared bath, shared living rooms, and shared kitchen. Guests can only park in the driveway. We respond to messages swiftly using the messaging tool and provide help where necessary. We provide common area housekeeping every 2 weeks during your stay! (There is a cleaning fee associated). You must sign a lease agreement if staying for a month or more. Guests are allowed to book for 1 month or longer! Please treat our home with the same respect as your own. We've worked hard to create a welcoming space for our guests. Booking confirms your agreement to a security deposit hold, which will be released after check-out if all house rules are honored. The booking guest is responsible for ensuring all registered guests follow these rules. Maximum occupancy: 2 guests. We require names, phone numbers, and photo IDs for each guest. Additional overnight visitors must be approved in advance and may incur fees up to $50 per guest per day. Unauthorized guests will result in a $100 fee per person per night and may lead to termination of your stay. Parties or events will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Small gatherings must follow all house rules. Allow access for maintenance if needed; we'll notify you in advance when possible. Please keep the property secure by locking windows and doors when not in use. No smoking inside. Smoke outside and dispose of butts responsibly. Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. Excessive noise may lead to eviction and forfeiture of your deposit. Do not tamper with locked doors or security cameras. Use the bins provided and do not flush sanitary products. You can use the driveway for parking. Everyone can park on the right side of the driveway so everyone can exit on the left side. Report any damages; repair costs may apply.
