The space is suitable for one person, with shared use of kitchen and a shared front entrance. There is a backyard patio with furniture to sit and enjoy. The house is within walking distance to downtown Milford and a short drive to the business area for grocery, drug stores and a variety of restaurants. The property is appropriately 4 miles from Bayhealth Sussex Campus and 30 minutes from the Bayhealth Kent Campus. It is appropriately 30 minutes to the Lewes/Rehoboth beach resort area, but there are several smaller beaches that are closer. Tenant shares the house with the property owner. This is a midterm rental with a minimum of two months required. The monthly rent is $1,000 with all utilities and fees included. Refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required. No smoking and no pets are allowed. Tenant is responsible for cleaning their living space and use of kitchen. Parking is on the street fronting the property.
