No one lives behind this house because we are connected to a wetland. Just seven blocks from South Park "Downtown". There are a variety of excellent food on the strip. We live one block away from a park that is almost finished being remodeled. The park is connected to the large community garden. The house is 15 minutes away from any grocery store of your choosing. Red Apple Market is minutes away. Close to Concord Elementary, so great for families. Close to 99, 509 and 1-5. The bus is just a few blocks away. If you move in, I want you to take care of it like it's your own house. I absolutely adore this place. $2,200 per month + Utilities. Upon moving in, you will pay first and last month's rent, and a refundable security deposit of $2,200. No pets, sorry! No cigarettes. Please read over entire description below for minimum qualifying standards before requesting more information about this unit. 1. Gross income must be 3X rent amount. 2. At least 2 years of consistent and uninterrupted employment. 3. Proof of income (Last 4 months of paystubs, 1099, or SSI) 4. No evictions EVER or debt owed to any past property manager or landlord. 5. Credit score of 650 or higher. 6. No or low credit card debt. No collections with the exception of medical bills. 7.
