Here are some of the things that need to be fixed. -air conditioner - all the doors need to be replaced& frames - flooring - walls (painting) - trimming needs to be replaced - toilet & sinks need to be replaced - bathtub needs to be replaced - the wall behind the shower head needs to be replaced - there were about 7 holes that we would need to fix - there’s a crack in the ceiling we’d need to fix - the back windows broken - two of the corner trims on the outside need to be replaced
