Bought in 2005 - soon after I added the roof over the front porch, put on shutters & added a large deck on the back. Also put new basement stairs in & all the cabinets/drawers had glides/rollers installed to improve them. Around 2008 a new roof was put on. There is a metal shed that has a wood floor in the back yard. Also did a lot of yard work - adding two flowers beds in the front of the house on each side of the porch that are made with landscape rocks & filled with decorative rock. Both have beautiful knock out roses that bloom beautiful every year! There is also a flower bed on the side of the house with 3 beautiful azaleas filled with decorative rock as well. A metal carport stands at the front end of the driveway to keep your car out of the weather. The street is very quiet & filled with wonderful neighbors. Plus it’s only a few blocks from the hospital.
