Awesome downtown loft up for subleasing until end of lease! Huge ceilings with a skylight and wonderful view of the city facing south. Also includes an extra full bath for guests. Lease ends May 31st, 2021. I would love to stay but need to save some money for a house. I am flexible on start dates but I need to be out by the end of January, so anytime before then will work with me. I am also willing to throw in my couches and microwave to sweeten the deal. I will also not make you pay the security deposit as I have already paid that for the lease.
