I am very flexible and can try to accommodate your move-in date. College students/graduate students are preferred. It's walking distance from UIUC and from bus stops. It's a safe area (right next to Edison middle school). There is parking on the street about 15 feet away. Always a spot. The landlord is amazing and always available quickly. Pictures available upon request. Tenant responsible for electric and gas. Heat included!
