The rent ($2200 per month) will include all utilities (electricity, hot water), WIFI and internet. Washing machine and dryer in the unit. The elevator building is located centrally on Washington St, Hoboken's main street, a very lively spot with many stores, restaurants, bars, etc., and is a 10-minute walk from the PATH and ferry to NYC, and is across the street from the bus stop.
