I grew up in this neighborhood my entire life, and bought this house 4 years ago to use when we visited my kid's grandparents. Its been a short term rental with 124 reviews averaging 4.98 stars where people consistenly mention how clean it is, how its a beautiful location, and has everything they need. The back of the property is land that belongs to the Core of Engineering so it remains open to the public for access to the lake, but wont be built upon. Unit can come fully furnished, or partly furnished if you only want some things, or I can remove everything entirely. We can discuss if you want the hot tub and/or putting green left or removed. I want whoever rents this house to make it their home. Renter is responsible for all utilities as well as monthly pool/hottub maintenance . Minimum lease is 12 months, but open to longer.
