All are working professionals who enjoy having a good time but like to stay mostly professional during the work week but definitely still enjoy hanging out week nights and doing activities which usually consist of super smash on the switch, board games, watching sports, etc. During the week, half of us work from home so we mostly focus on our careers however. Year-Lease then month to month, there is a $43 solar charge which is included in your rent already, but then the benefit ~$400/month of it are then shared to you as you split the utilities with the other members of gas and electric as well as water. They also choose to pay for wifi and monthly cleaning and would be expected for you to participate unless all agreed on cancelling it. Utilities split usually costs ~40$/mo after solar.
