This home has tons of character and is located on a quiet street. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath casa makes a great place to call home. It is ready just in time for the Spring. Let me tell you about this awesome house that we have for rent. The house is centrally located in the North Valley area close to a lot of shopping areas and easy to get anywhere. Super convenient location with a backyard for private off the street parking. It is about 950sqft 2br/1ba house with private parking and fenced backyard. It has a very quite, comfortable, and cozy feel to it. The home has all wood and laminate floors and it is well insulated. It has new windows and a new roof. This is a very nice house. The house is ready for move in March 1st 2026. Zillow suggest listing this for $1700 a month but we are only asking $1600/ month but more important than the monthly rent is getting someone in there that will care for it. I really prefer a long term tenant who is clean and takes care of their belongings. I do not want to deal with weirdo's or complainers. I really mean this. I would rather not rent it at all than to deal with difficult people. Tenant Pays all utilities
