Welcome to my gorgeous fully furnished home in the Power Ranch Community in Gilbert AZ 85297 I am renting out a large bedroom and private bathroom which are both furnished (new Vizio tv and soundbar, dresser, mirror, 2 nightstands, queen sized bed, and queen sized foam gel mattress) but are just missing your personal belongings, style, and flare. I do have all bedding for you to use and treat as your own as well. This room is almost like having a private apartment I am within walking distance to one of the neighborhood pools, and the other is about 1/2 mile down the road which is heated year round. Also, there is a gorgeous green belt for walking, running, skating, biking, etc. that goes throughout the Power Ranch Community. I am looking for an individual/roommate that treats my home and belongings as if they were their own. Please note that this house does have two dogs: Gabby the 7 y/o Miniature Dachshund & Hans Gordo the 17 mth Great Dane, so unfortunately no other animals at this time. Your rental includes: water/sewer, electricity, trash, internet, laundry detergent and toilet paper (you can purchase your own, but will not change rent), a furnished bedroom: long dresser and mirror, 2 matching nightstands, new flatscreen Vizio tv, soundbar, black metal frame queen bed, gel foam queen mattress, and queen sized sheets with king sized bedding available to your use but fully responsible for any damage, fully furnished home, furnished backyard patio, landscaping every other week, and HOA fees. Parking will be the left side of the driveway which fits two vehicles. Smoking/Vaping is completely acceptable only outside; driveway, front porch, back yard, etc. Please treat this home as if it was your own, and if you smoke cigarettes, discard them properly in the outdoor trash containers. Rent Payment by: Zillow, Cash (receipt will be given if needed), Zelle, Chime, Venmo, Cashiers Check, and/or Check which will be needed by the 25th of each month This will be a year+ long lease which can be broken early by giving a proper written notice with still being responsible for paying out the remainder of the lease unless we are able to negotiate other terms.
