Additionally, a 3-bay shop is built near the trailer, with 3 roll-up doors. There is plenty of room for parking vehicles or equipment. There is a workbench and tool storage also located in the shop. The property is fenced on all boundaries, and there is a small set of corrals near the highway entrance. There is power located on the property. However, the meter is not currently connected. There are no other improvements on the property. Property to be sold with no reservations. The ranch could be divided if you are interested in a smaller portion.
