We began removing the old siding on the back and sides. Needs some patching (boards replaced/fastened) and new siding. * Back of garage wall needs boarded up. It's structurally sound but some sheeting needs replaced before siding. * Kitchen and dining need the more major remodeling. Bath needs minor. * Ready for flooring throughout * Needs fireplace face * Hot water tank and HVAC * Light fixtures and misc Call or text.
