This area is primarily military as well. Rent is $635 a month plus utilities which usually run us around $100 a month total. There will be no deposit as you will get the one that we already paid. We also bought brand new kitchen appliances that we will be leaving for you. Brand new microwave, silverware and dishes along with a vacuum and a couch and recliner. There is also a $45 dollar application fee per person on the lease at the leasing office. I suggest you visit with them and pay in person. I will help cover one person's application. I will also leave my surround sound. To qualify at the leasing office you must either pass a credit check, show proof of at least $1600 a month gross income TOTAL, not a piece, have a cosigner, or show that you have at least 6 months rent in your account. We need to get back home asap and would like to get this ball rolling in the next day or so. They are the Cheyenne Crest apartments. Located in CO Springs. In order to qualify, you have to have either good credit, have 3,810 in the bank to show you have 6 months in rent, make at least 1,600 a month combined within all people that will be on the lease, or you can have a cosigner. The apartment complex requires any these to properly switch the lease from my name to yours. The deposit has been already paid for you. The apartment is partially furnished; couch, recliner, dishes, silverware, drinking glasses, microwave.
