I am looking for someone to take over my lease for this apartment, only because I have a condo that I have to move into before October 1st. The remaining lease would be for 6 months then you would have the opportunity to renew the lease for a year or for an additional six months. We would have to work through the leasing office to arrange the move in. This is income-restricted housing so the applicants would have to clear through paperwork with the leasing office. It sounds like a lot but it's pretty simple to get the paperwork going. I've had a great time living here and have been able to meet the neighbors and I can say it's been a pleasant experience. It's a great community for a young family or for anyone as a matter of fact. Going through me you would avoid having to put a deposit down for the apartment. There is a small basketball court, swimming pool, a lot of open grass around to do whatever in. There's also a park down the street it's located right next to Thanksgiving point so there is not a lack of things to do around here. Also two or three playgrounds on the apartment grounds.
