The hallway has another large closet and there is also a basement that provides plenty of extra storage. I would like to share some of the negatives to avoid wasting your time if these would not be ideal for you. -The laundry hookups currently are not set up, so you will need to do laundry elsewhere. -The kitchen floor is newer vinyl but is missing one piece as you enter. - The fridge light doesn't work but motion sensor lights have been installed. -The windows are actually new, but some of the frames are in rough shape. -The basement is old and has some paint, boards, other items stored in one part of it. -The basement stairs have a boarded up side door that is in operable condition. Overall, the house is perfectly functional and makes for a quaint living space. However, it's definitely roughy around the edges being over 100 years old. It would work best for one person, or a couple. Not ideal for kids or more than 2 people.
