Available starting June 10th! Fully furnished Stay in a beautiful ADU house in Venice / Del Mar! It's super close to the beach, Abbott Kinney, Santa Monica, and Manhattan Beach. GREAT light, huge TV, warm but also has AC! We are biking / scooter distance to the beach, Abbott Kinney, the bars & restaurants on Main St, 5 minutes from the 90 freeway, and right by Rainbow Acres. Step outside from the studio, you're on a patio. A few steps out the door, there's the entrance to a small kitchen with an oven, stove, and fridge. We have a coffee maker, and there a lovely patio area. We live in the main house with our roommates. The street is very quiet and safe and plenty of street parking. We have fruit trees, 4 outdoor patio areas (two pictured here), and W/D right outside of the casita. Please note: This is a studio with a kitchen in a separate room. Available Starting June 10th. Preference for those who can stay longer, minimum 8 months. Rent is $2400/month + ~$120-180 for utilities. 1 Month security deposit. We split utilities 50/50 between the main house and the ADU. This comes to about $125-180 per month depending on how much AC and heat are used! We have laundry onsite (that we share). We do require renters insurance. No smoking and no cats! The street does require a permit which always makes parking very easy. We can get it for you (and get reimbursed) or you can get one for the year, which is cheaper.
