Living room has a nice historic sliding door and we use this room as a second bedroom. Both rooms have separate entrances to outside and would be perfect for two roommates. Nice backyard with chicken coop, (previous tenants had chickens for 3 years), shared garden bed, sitting area parking pad with charger for electric car. Great location and a wonderful Shaw neighborhood. Walking distance to the botanical garden and tower grove park with multiple festivals, concerts, farmers market, food truck Fridays during the summer. Very walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants to try. Available September 1. Tenants pay electric bill and a portion of the internet. No pets allowed. We are highly allergic. No smoking.
