There is a $450 amenity fee, which includes water, sewer, natural gas, Wi-Fi, cable TV, valet trash, snowplow, access to Bistro, library, gym, and free laundry facilities. For Independent Living Services there is a fee of $605. That fee includes: access to discounted meal plans, housekeeping service every other week, laundry service every other week (towels and sheets), routine maintenance, transportation services, an installed emergency alert system in your unit, and 24-hr emergency response. We also offer medication dispensing services, safety checks and emergency alert watches and pendants for additional fees. We have a $2250 community fee, but you will have no security deposit. 1 year lease, shorter leases possible for a premium. Covered parking with storage Furniture not included but is optional.
