    I wanted to let you know the house is finally available for open houses this weekend! OPEN HOUSE SCHEDULE: Saturday, August 16th at 9:00 to 1:00 Sunday, August 17th at 10:00 to 2:00 You're welcome to come over, look around, and ask any questions you'd like. If you're interested, you can fill out an application for a background check and fill out a quick application. The background checks are done by an independent 3rd party who'll look at credit and criminal records. You can get a copy of your report sent to your e-mail address included in the application fee. Costs for application is $75 for singles and $125 for couples. The house will be available to rent in late August. This is short notice, so the move in date is flexible. Stylish patio home close to the University and freeway access - close but not too close! Kitchen with granite counter tops and custom cabinets has all of the modern appliances plus a skylight and undercabinet lighting. Oh, and both full bathrooms have skylights, custom cabinets, and granite countertops to match the kitchen. Outside you can play on the shaded turf of your private yard, cooking out under your own orange tree! An enclosed carport with garage door with remote opener keeps your ride safe and shaded. All of the previous tenants say the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and convenient to everything Tempe has to offer! Home will be available on September 1, 2025; but could be late August if you need to move in before the 1st Looking to lease until August of 2026, but also flexible with this date. Security deposit of $1,650, pet deposit, and a non-refundable cleaning fee of $300, plus first months rent due prior to signing. Applications pay non-refundable application fee of $75 for single, $125 for doubles. This is for back ground check done by 3rd party company. Applicants get a copy of the report sent directly to them. After all applicants have applied, I will select the party that is most likely to be the best tenant.
