If you're interested, you can fill out an application for a background check and fill out a quick application. The background checks are done by an independent 3rd party who'll look at credit and criminal records. You can get a copy of your report sent to your e-mail address included in the application fee. Costs for application is $75 for singles and $125 for couples. The house will be available to rent in late August. This is short notice, so the move in date is flexible.
