Looking for someone to take over our lease as my husband and I are relocating out of state. This is a one-bedroom apartment located in Natomas Crossing. The unit would be available last week of February (we are flexible with the exact date and it would be paid for through the end of the month). The lease runs to 8/12/2021. Rent is $1695 per month (lower than what is currently being listed in the complex) but we are offering it at $1550 per month for the remainder of the lease due to us needing to move out so soon. You would also get to keep the $500 deposit that we already paid plus a storage unit (that is normally $30/month). Amenities include: washer/dryer in unit, key fob entrance, large walk-in closet, balcony, free covered parking space, gated community, pet friendly. Also pool, hot tub, gym, clubhouse, gas grills (currently not available due to covid but hopefully soon!) The applicants would be required to apply through the leasing office and do a credit check.
