Our two bedroom apartments are very spacious. As you walk in your front door you have your dinning and kitchen area "With a large amount of cabinet and counter space" divided by a counter that opens up to your living room area. The first bedroom is just off the living room area and the other is down a hallway that leads to the bathroom and second bedroom. This unit has four large closets; two in the hallway and one in each bedroom. Depending on the unit most of our units provide a great view of the University of Washington Campus and surrounding areas including Mount Rainier, Downtown Seattle, and Lake Union College Place Apartments is just blocks from the University of Washington Campus (short 6 min stroll!!). It's very close to bus stops, light rail, shopping, and restaurants. Our building has an onsite manager and maintenance. There are double elevators and a large laundry room that takes credit cards. Water, sewer, and garbage is included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for electricity and internet. WiFi is available through many different places (Comcast, CenturyLink, etc..). No Pets (Sorry, ADA Only) Parking available for $70.00 per month
