One year lease, then month to month 2. Security Deposit $1795 and pet deposit $800 (if applicable) plus extra $50/month pet rent 3. Each person over 18 years old living in the unit must complete an application 4. Each applicant must have a credit score of 650 or higher 5. Gross monthly income 2.5 times the monthly rent. 6. No prior evictions 7. No recent bankruptcies 8. Application/background check through Zillow and paid to Zillow directly 9. Owners will need to approve each pet.
