The location is excellent! Backyard is excellent and the two car garage can easily be made into a game room. This is an excellent house for good pets. Pets must be created when no one is at the property. I am very open to rent to own. I prefer a two year lease would consider one year lease. I am getting it cleaned tomorrow. I love WELL TRAINED DOGS. I reserve the right to decline a pet. Crating a MUST Renter pays all bills, water, gas, and electricity. I will have more pictures of the inside this week. I'm interested in rent to own. I'm interested in long-term leasing. No bankruptcies.
